ALM Industries (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the App. This Policy describes information the App may access, collect, use, store, or share, and the choices available to you.
2. Information We Process
Depending on the features you use, permissions you grant, your device settings, and enabled services, we or our service providers may process:
- Emoji and design content: emoji creations, design choices, text, stickers, colors, and related content that you create in the App, including files you choose to export or share.
- App preferences: feature settings, launcher layout, shortcuts, wallpaper choices, language, and other preferences used to provide the App.
- Launcher information: installed-app labels, icons, package identifiers, and launch preferences needed to display, organize, search, or open apps when launcher features are used.
- Device and technical data: device model, operating-system version, app version, language, network state, IP-derived general region, diagnostics, crash reports, and performance events.
- Advertising and attribution data: advertising identifiers, ad interaction information, referral information, and related technical signals when advertising, measurement, or attribution services are enabled.
- Support communications: your email address and message contents when you voluntarily contact us.
We do not intentionally collect the contents of your contacts, calls, SMS messages, photos, or personal files through the App. Emoji content is processed to provide the creation, export, and sharing features you choose to use.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to provide and improve emoji creation, export, sharing, launcher, wallpaper, weather, search, and settings features; remember preferences; keep the App secure and reliable; diagnose crashes; provide support; show, personalize, limit, or measure advertising where permitted; detect fraud or abuse; and meet legal obligations.
4. Permissions and Device Access
- Internet and network state: used for online features, content, ads, analytics, diagnostics, updates, and service connectivity.
- Wallpaper access: used only when you choose to preview or apply wallpaper settings.
- Notifications: may be used to provide service or feature notifications when enabled.
- Device and advertising identifiers: may be used by advertising, attribution, fraud-prevention, and measurement services, subject to platform controls.
The App may request permission only when a feature requires it. You can review or change most permissions in Android Settings; denying a permission may limit the related feature.
6. Retention and Security
Emoji creations and preferences are generally kept locally on your device until you change them, clear App data, or uninstall the App. Service providers may retain technical, advertising, diagnostic, or analytics data under their own policies. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your Choices and Deletion
You may manage Android permissions, choose a different default launcher, change wallpaper settings, and adjust advertising controls through your device settings. You may remove locally stored App data by clearing App storage or uninstalling the App. For privacy requests about information we control, contact us below; we may request information necessary to verify and process your request.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information to us.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version will show a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update takes effect is subject to the updated Policy.
