Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. About the App

The App may provide emoji creation, customization, export, sharing, wallpaper options, search, weather, shortcuts, and launcher/home-screen features. Features may vary by device, Android version, permissions, region, network availability, and third-party services.

3. Launcher Features

If you make the App your default home app, it may display and organize app icons, app search, shortcuts, widgets, wallpaper settings, and launcher preferences. Your installed apps and personal files remain on your device. You are responsible for reviewing Android's default-home-app prompt before making that change.

4. Your Emoji Content

You are responsible for the emoji designs, text, images, stickers, and other content you create, export, or share through the App. You represent that you have the rights needed to use that content and that it does not violate another person's privacy, copyright, trademark, or other legal rights. The App does not grant ownership of third-party content or a license to distribute it commercially.

5. License

Subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules, ALM Industries grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, lawful, non-commercial use.

6. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• use the App for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity;
• copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law permits it;
• interfere with the App's security, integrity, availability, advertising controls, analytics, or normal operation;
• use the App to violate another person's privacy, copyright, trademark, or other rights; or
• misrepresent the App, ALM Industries, or any relationship with us.

7. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The App may contain third-party advertising, analytics, attribution, content, or web services. These services may show ads, collect data under their own policies, or link you to external destinations. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, or practices.

8. Updates and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or universally compatible operation.

9. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALM INDUSTRIES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALM INDUSTRIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, CONTENT, REVENUE, BUSINESS VALUE, OR OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or used the App harmfully. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it or changing your default home app.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will show a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you agree to them.
